How to take measurements?

• 

  Step 1: Insole length

  Put your heels against the wall and measure the distance from the wall to your longest toe by putting your foot on your ruler.
• 

  Step 2: Inner width of the sole

  Measure at the widest spot on your foot, usually above the little toe and big toe bone by placing your foot on your ruler.
• 

  Step 3: Stem height

  The height of the upper is always measured at the back of the shoe, from the top edge of the heel to the top edge of the shoe.
